Over the years, CPP has focused on some of the major manufacturing sectors, including Aerospace, Steel, Electronics and Automotive Industries and more recently, Pharmaceutical.
We have successfully project managed, designed and delivered handling systems as diverse as collar protection systems for aluminium and steel coils up to 25 tonnes, to the landmark development within the Automotive sector, producing bespoke trays with profile sections, corners, handles, shelving systems and FLC’s (Folding Large Containers).
This enabled one-touch packaging within a continuous loop system from OEM’s direct to production line. Materials and processes employed included extruded Twin-wall, Honeycomb and Solid Polypropylene Sheets, Vac Forming, Injection Moulding and bespoke fabrication.
