Creating standard and bespoke packaging from Plastic Sheet Material
Plastic fabrication involves the manufacturing of bespoke plastic products that are commonly used across a large number of sectors. We help to define, develop, deliver and improve bespoke fabrications that can comprise a variety of materials such as:
Twinwall Polypropylene
Honeycomb
Triplex
Solid PP
Bubble Tex
Here at CPP, our team collaborate closely with third party suppliers and manufacturers as well as the client to ensure that we understand the needs of the project. We have access to a wide range of manufacturing processes including CNC, Heat Bending, Laser Cutting/ Etching and Vacuum Forming. From one-off single-use products to multi-trip components and transit containers, nothing is too complex for us to handle.
In addition, we also facilitate the development of folding pallet sleeve containers and pigeon-hole/ shelving systems, and these are available with a full range of accessories. If you require foam inserts or dividers, our team provides a full internal fitting service to ensure that your needs are met.
All products feature:
- 100% recyclable

Twinwall Polypropylene
Twinwall Polypropylene is often found in a wide range of applications, and is most commonly used throughout a wide range of manufacturing sectors. Both durability and flexibility are traits often associated with Twinwall Polypropylene. It is also highly resistant to both impact damage as well as corrosive materials.
Featuring twin outer walls separated and reinforced by an internal rib (flute) structure, Twinwall Polypropylene boasts incredible strength and rigidity. As well as being ultra-strong, it is also lightweight and highly versatile due to the variety of thicknesses and weights available. Twinwall Polypropylene is manufactured using extrusion techniques and can be produced in sheets of up to 2.5 metres in width.
Best of all is that Twinwall Polypropylene can be easily formed using a variety of processes. These include die-cutting, ultrasonic welding, plastic riveting and taping.

Solid Sheet
Used in many different applications, plastic sheet materials such as Solid Sheet are found in all manner of products. If you’re searching for materials that offer outstanding levels of versatility and durability, than plastic sheet materials are the way forward. These materials boast incredible resistances and are both strong and flexible.
Solid sheet is available in two variants – Polypropylene (PP) and High Density Polyethylene (HDPE). Both materials are exceptionally tough and durable with the only difference being that PP is slightly more rigid. Both PP and HDPE are available in a wide range of colours, surface effects and textures making them an ideal choice for any business.
Plus, solid sheet features excellent low-temperature impact and chemical resistances and comes in a choice of special grades. These grades are – conductive, talc filled flame retardant and anti-slip.
Applications
Both PP and HDPE boast a wide range of uses. For instance, either can be used in the construction of reliable exclusion fencing for the environmental sector. On top of that, PP and HDPE are commonly used in other fabrications.
